Common Questions
How do I get a quote for the work I want to do?
You can start the process by booking an initial project review meeting. Once we have thoroughly reviewed your project, we will provide an initial cost projection.
How does your company deal with project budgeting and scheduling?
All of our budgeting and scheduling are tied to each other in our project management software. A detailed budget is provided before construction ever begins. All budget line items are used as scheduling items to make things easy to understand. This way, you know what is supposed to be done and how much it should cost.
How often do you communicate with your clients during a project?
Do you Warranty your work and if so for how long?
We provide all of our clients with a detailed warranty package. Depending on the problem, the time frame can range from 2 to 5 years. Rest assured that no matter the problem or how long it has been since we completed the project, we are always happy to help resolve it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed BCIN designers and Renovators in Toronto. We carry 5 million in liability insurance and are covered by WSIB.
