All budget line items are used as scheduling items to make things easy to understand. This way, you know what is supposed to be done and how much it should cost.
Communication is very consistent throughout our design and build process. There are regular weekly progress updates in the form of job logs and cost breakdowns. There are also biweekly project meetings. Beyond that, any questions raised are answered by the end of the next business day or sooner.
