On the other hand, existing home rebuilds allow us to take advantage of the existing footprint of your home. While it may seem limiting at first, this approach has its advantages, particularly when working with older Toronto homes. By focusing on reusing as much of the existing structure as possible, we can keep costs down and preserve the unique character and charm of your home.
