Project Schedule

Our project management systems and practices are centered around a fully integrated project schedule. One that prioritizes onsite productivity and has the built-in flexibility to deal with unforeseen changes. Now rarely does anything go as planned, which is why our system allows for daily fallback tasks. We know that keeping things rolling is the best way to ensure our projects stay on time and within budget. Our project schedule is online for you to view at any time. It has a percentage of completion feature for every project task so you can see how things are progressing. We also provide weekly job logs and site pictures describing all completed work.

Project Budget

The budgeting aspect of any project is crucial to its success. Prudent budget management allows for financially informed decision-making throughout your project. All our client’s project budgets have online access, maintaining the transparency you expect by showing all project financials, without confusing you about the bottom line. We provide weekly breakdowns detailing all project costs for that period. Then, our online budget compiles that information into an easy-to-understand interactive spreadsheet, showing you what has been spent and what is still left to spend for every scheduled work item. Again this is all available to you online at any time and from any device.

Project Selections

Project selections are a big part of any of our builds, and we have you covered here. First, our online system allows a centralized communication hub for each line item of your project’s budget. Second, all our selection correspondence is organized and easily referenced when needed. Third, we set due dates for each selection decision you need to make. That way, you know how much time you have to decide on each item. This helps take the pressure off of making selections for your dream home. Finally, our selection hub is a great tool to quickly pick any finishings for your home.
