The Redwood Avenue project was a full custom home transformation that turned an aging bungalow into a stunning three-storey residence. This design-build project included the creation of a two-bedroom basement apartment as an income property and a detached two-car garage, addressing the challenges of limited parking in the area. The result is a modern, functional home that exceeded the clients’ expectations and added significant value to their property.

This project required a complete overhaul of the original structure while delivering functional and aesthetic improvements:
