The Furnival Road project began as a vision for a completely new home. The client came to us with plans from their architect, looking for an expert construction team to bring the design to life. While part of the existing foundation could be salvaged, the rest of the project was a brand-new build from the ground up.
This project presented a few key challenges:
- Foundation Salvage: Retaining and reinforcing parts of the existing foundation to meet modern building codes and structural requirements.
- Seamless Collaboration: Coordinating with the client’s architect and ensuring the design was executed with precision.
- Efficient Build Process: Constructing a high-quality custom home while maintaining tight timelines and budget parameters.
Our objective was to deliver a beautifully crafted home, ensuring every detail of the architectural design was executed with the highest standards of workmanship.

While the design came from the client’s chosen architect, our role was to implement creative and practical solutions during construction. Key contributions included:
